We are delighted to announce the launch of our new Strategic Plan, setting out a clear and ambitious direction for the years ahead.
This plan has been shaped through meaningful collaboration with our members and partners across the Prevention and Early Intervention and wider community and voluntary sector. It reflects both the learning from recent years and a shared commitment to strengthening outcomes for children, young people, and families.
At its core, the strategy focuses on strengthening connections, improving access to supports, and building a more cohesive and responsive system that places children and families at the centre of everything we do.
We are grateful to everyone who contributed their time, insight, and experience to this process. The result is a plan that is both practical and forward-looking, grounded in real-world practice and informed by the voices of those working on the front line.
Over the coming months and years, we look forward to working together to bring this plan to life and to continue building on the strong foundations already in place.
The full Strategic Plan is available to download HERE.
A huge thank you to Maire McGrath at Future Spark Coaching for helping to put the plan together.
